Holy Basil is an herb native to India. The Ryles grow the plant on their organic Jubilee Hill Farm. The herb is used to make a tea they sell and is know to have several health benefits. 

Jubilee Hill Farm sells hard-to-find produce such as Asian bekana greens and mustard greens to set themselves apart from other market stands. 

David Ryle practices sustainable farm at his small, organic farm. He uses crop rotation to help preserve the nutrients in the soil. 

Wendy and David Ryle started an organic farm and grow the basil used for their popular holy basil tea. Wendy reveals that the first flower David gave her was from a Chinese tea ball.
